The house was designed in sinuous shapes, perfectly fitting the small hill of the island and reinforcing the harmony and connection with nature. Its terraces are covered by grass and vegetation, creating a fantastic panoramic viewpoint.
This wonderful paradisiacal island has trails immersed in nature, a tennis court and a soccer field for the leisure of visitors.
The large swimming pool located at the end of the island, follows the same architectural pattern as the main house, in smooth winding lines.
There are 7 air-conditioned suites on the island:
- 4 suites equipped with a king-size bed
- 1 suite equipped with 2 widow beds
- 2 suites with 3 widow beds
The master suite has a hot tub with a balcony that provides a beautiful view of the sea.
The house has a stand-up board, an excellent sound system around it, a wood oven with a cook who prepares pizzas and fresh pasta.
Values include caretaker, cook and cleaning.
The consumption of energy and water is not included.
The island has 24 hour security and a 76-foot speedboat available for rent for R$ 13,750/day for a minimum of 3 nights.
