The mansion was designed with light and space opulence in focus, so you can feel the sun and breeze of Búzios everywhere in this beautiful house.

The contrast between the white floor and the dark wood used in the construction makes you feel, as you enter, that you are in a tropical paradise. The arched ceiling in the main common areas offers the ample space you expect to find in a luxury mansion. The furnishings and finishes that decorate the residence have been tailor-made to reflect the tropical lifestyle with its subtle tones accented by vivid detail.

The mansion has 5 suites, 4 of which have incredible views of the house's garden and the Atlantic Ocean. The outdoor area is simply magnificent with a beautiful and spacious swimming pool, sun loungers almost at the edge of the beach, outside bar, sauna and barbecue, which area is also equipped with pizza oven. Finally, there is a terrace equipped with a hot tub.

All of this is located on a large and unbreakable lot that offers the space and privacy you need.

The mansion is located within a gated community which has free tennis court for your use.

CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED. 
Housekeeper: 150 to 250 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary. 
Maid: 150 to 250 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service. 
Cook (optional): 200 to 400 BRL per day. Prepare meals. 
Kitchen helper (optional): 150 to 200 BRL per day. Assists the cook.
